Wii Transfer: a fix
So I’ve been struggling in my spare moments to get Wii Transfer up and running. Manton Reece over at Riverfold Software has been quite generous with his time but we were running out of options, as nothing seemed to work.
For whatever reason, it struck me this morning that just because Nintendo doesn’t show an updated version to the Internet Channel (Opera Browser), doesn’t mean that they haven’t actually made minor updates in the background.
Which apparently they have.
Because all I did was delete the channel and redownload, now I’m streaming iTunes straight to my TV/stereo without a hiccup.
(Sorry last.fm, no more stats for you!)
UPDATE: Bah, spoke too soon. Some songs are working, some aren’t. At least it’s progress.
